MEET THE NHI COMMERCIAL TEAM
KEVIN MCINTYRE
Owner & Principal
Joining Northern in 1992, Kevin became sole owner of the company in 2002. Starting as an apprentice in 1986 on the multi-family Capitol Commons Apartments, Kevin has an extensive background in construction. His ambition and passion are what drive him to continuously grow and learn.
NORM JOLIN
Vice President of Operations
Norm joined NHI in 1998 with no construction experience. The immeasurable amount of growth and knowledge in construction and project management that Norm has acquired over the past 20+ years has made the NHI team stronger and more cohesive. Taking lead on materials and inventory, Norm works with property managers for contract changes and add-ons, and is our head relationship manager in meeting with inspectors.
KYLE MCINTYRE
Vice President
Growing up in the construction business, Kyle started at NHI in 2006 with installation crews, learning from seasoned professionals and earning their respect with an eagerness to learn from the best. Over the past fourteen years, with a commitment to the future, Kyle has become an invaluable asset to NHI Commercial.
BOB MYREN
Director of Operations
Joining the organization in 2021, Bob has over ten years of experience in project management, as well as another ten years running his own construction contracting company. The amount of knowledge Bob brings to his position is invaluable to the NHI team.
LISA STACEY
Executive Strategic Assistant
Lisa joined NHI in 2016 as Bookkeeper and Office Administrator. Lisa is a key cog in maintaining the company's infrastructure and keeping the staff on schedule by facilitating whatever necessary, as well as possessing the leadership and business skills to keep the accountability of NHI in place.
PHIL WAHLSTROM
Administrative Liaison
Coming on board in 2021, Phil brings experience across various industries, paired with a knack for business operations. From handling light IT duties and business operations, to forward facing items like logos/website, Phil is our versatile employee in the office.
TONY MILLER
Project Lead Manager
With experience both as a lead carpenter, and as an independent craftsman, Tony is one of our Project Lead Managers. With a great attention to detail, and leadership skills to boot, Tony is a great asset to the NHI team.
DRE CALLAHAN
Project Lead Manager
Starting with NHI on installation crews, and consistently working his way up with an eagerness to learn, Dre has been with NHI for over ten years. Recently being promoted to a Project Lead Manager, Dre is responsible for daily on-site production in addition to handling crew responsibilities.
ELISEO CORTEZ
Labor Relations (Espanol)
Starting in 2017, Eliseo has been working with NHI in the area of labor relations, as well as being the team's roofing specialist.
MIKE ZOFCHAK
Master Mechanical
Serving as NHI's licensed master mechanical contractor since 2020, Mike is certified in HVAC ('85) and REPA ('94), as well as obtaining his National Standard Master Mechanical License in 2019. With over twenty years of service and installation, including both commercial and residential, Mike is one of our most experienced team members.
